Why the name “Cherry Flavor”?

First because
I love fruits, especially cherries, lychee & watermelon. They give me inspiration
with the bright colors and even the process it takes to grow them. I salute all
farmers who work hard to provide these fruits for us. Another
reason is because of one of my favorite Netflix show-adaptions off of a book,
called “Brand New Cherry Flavor”

What is your jewelry made out of?

Earring Clasps

of stainless steel, silver and gold brass.

Where do you get your materials from?

I usually get my materials from other small businesses, on Etsy,
or from my local craft stores. I recommend doing research of your own to find
the best fit for you and your beading needs. If you love the beads I curate,
please reach out I also sell bead soups to save you the time/effort of
sourcing!



How do I order a custom piece?

Visit the contact page for more information about customs! Id love to work with
you on creating a piece you always dreamed about!



How
are your prices determined?

I calculate my prices based off the cost of materials, metals used and complexity
of the piece, as well as the time it takes to make your piece. If you prefer
the highest quality of materials, then the cost would reflect this.



My
piece broke, Can I get it repaired?

Yes! Every piece comes with one free repair on us to your jewelry hardware,
including alterations like shortening the length. You would have to cover shipping both ways ($5), which is only $10 in total.
I would not be able to replace any broken beads as some are handmade. Please
contact me if any of your pieces break for any reason, so we can work on a
solution.

When will my package ship?

I am a one-person
small business! I try my best to pack every order the same day they come in,
but sometimes I am not able to.

As soon as
your order is packed, our system automatically sends you a shipping
confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. Click on the tracking number
and you can access to-the-minute location information.

Unfortunately,
I am not responsible for any delays or issues once a package has been shipped.
Please reach out to USPS regarding any concerns. With that being said, please
contact me if you have any issues and we can work a solution out together!

Do you ship internationally?

For select
areas we do, just reach out with a shipping quote if you have trouble checking
out on our site.

Unfortunately,
there are a handful of countries that I cannot ship to for the foreseeable
future, due to international shipping policies:

Do you accept refunds?  

I am not able
to provide refunds, being that it is very difficult as a small business to
accommodate as well as sanitary reasons. Please contact me if you have any
issues with your order.

What
type of packaging and shipping materials do you use?

I aim to use recyclable mailers along with reused boxes/ mailers that I have received.
I encourage you to reuse the mailers that you receive from us if you can—Save
the planet with me!
